Commercial documents (commercial invoice and packing list), specific certificates depending on the type of cargo and/or destination (Certificate of Origin, EUR.1 Certificate), and the AWB Air Waybill.

A consolidated shipment combines different consignments under a single AWB, whereas a back-to-back shipment uses one AWB for each individual consignment.

We offer different types of services depending on your level of urgency and the characteristics of your cargo.

This depends on the destination and whether the shipment travels on a direct flight or a connecting flight. In general, air freight transit times typically range from 1 to 7 business days.

Scheduled flights operate according to predefined dates and timetables, whereas charter flights are contracted specifically to meet particular or exceptional requirements.

Air transport is generally more restrictive regarding shipment dimensions. For passenger aircraft, a distinction must be made between narrow-body aircraft (which typically allow cargo heights between 80 and 110 cm and piece weights of up to 150 kg, depending on the airline) and wide-body aircraft, where cargo heights can reach up to 160 cm. Cargo aircraft can accommodate larger dimensions per piece.

Any international shipment originating from or destined for a third country must undergo customs clearance, whether for export (at origin) or import (at destination), regardless of the mode of transport used.

We can provide different solutions tailored to your needs, including carbon footprint information in our quotations so that you can evaluate the most sustainable option for your shipment.

The cost of an air shipment is based on either the actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Volumetric weight is calculated as length × width × height in cm ÷ 6000. If you already know the shipment volume, you can apply the standard air freight conversion factor of 1 m³ = 167 kg.

Certain categories of dangerous goods, such as uncertified lithium batteries, aerosols, flammable liquids, or chemical products, must be assessed using the relevant documentation (MSDS, technical data sheets, etc.) so that our specialized team can confirm whether these goods can be transported safely by air.
